I am the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Allentown Market Center, and my passion is helping agents grow their businesses by providing coaching, mentoring, and demonstrating the value of the models, tools and technology provided by Keller Williams.  My background as an instructor, military leader, and former law enforcement professional has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help agents structure their businesses for success and perform under the intense pressure this industry can place on that agent.  As a leader in my Market Center, it is my responsibility to ensure that I lead by example and exemplify the MVVBP of Keller Williams.  It is my honor to serve as the Team Leader of my Market Center.

Elizabeth “Betsy” Haaland is the Market Center Administrator (MCA) for the Keller Williams Allentown office, joining the Leadership team in October 2016. She has worked in a variety in Customer Service based industries performing accounting functions. She is a proud graduate of DeSales University with Bachelor Degrees in both Accounting and Management. Betsy believes that providing our Agents awesome service and daily hugs is the main focus of her role.

When away from the office, Betsy, and her husband Jason, are proud parents of Caitlin and Zach. They enjoy spending family time together with their Grumble of Pugs.
