Shawn is an Operating Partner of Keystone Partners Group. He has been in the Real Estate industry for 16 years and was a mega agent prior to joining Keller Williams in 2008. His primary focus is working with our Team Leaders to grow the offices by attracting Top Talent to the organization. Shawn is passionate about coaching our agents to build highly functioning teams in the Real Estate. This provides agents with the opportunity to prioritize their families while still achieving outstanding results in business. He achieves this through mastery of the proprietary tools and systems that KW has used to revolutionize the industry. Shawn has a background as a Corporate Team Builder and Mountaineering Guide. He enjoys quality time with his wife and 2 girls, cycling, climbing, physical training, travel, wine and cooking.
