Born and raised in Northeastern PA, Dan studied finance at the University of Scranton before starting a career in Hospitality Management. During that time, he began pursuing his passion for real estate part-time, not as an agent, but as an investor. As his investment portfolio grew, he gained valuable insights into market data, home construction, & property management. Not soon thereafter, Dan decided to leverage his knowledge & experience by becoming a full time Realtor. His first year in business, he was recognized by his peers as the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors ‘Rookie of the Year’ and his business blossomed each year thereafter. His last year in production, Dan was ranked in the top 5% of agents on the Scranton Board of Realtors with nearly $6 million in sales and 60+ closed units. His production was a byproduct of providing unparalleled customer service and support. Today, Dan guides the direction and growth of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Market Center as the Team Leader. His goal is to partner and consult with like-minded agents focused on personal and professional development. Dan continues to be involved in the real estate community as a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and by serving annually on the PAR Professional Standards committee.
