Dino is a rising star in the industry. He won rookie of the year at 24 years old, and hired his office manager in his second year and doubled his business. In the decade since he started, he has grown each year winning "30 Under 30" by year four, and has developed a 7th level team. As a powerful leader, he is passionate about coaching and mentoring other individuals with a desire to learn and grow. Jen has been a Market Center Administrator (MCA) with Keller Williams Real Estate since August 2004 Prior to that, she was an auditor for a public accounting firm. She was the MCA for the Allentown market center when it launched in 2004 and enjoyed being a part of that market center for 2 years. In October 2006, she was given the opportunity to be the MCA in Blue Bell and she feels blessed and honored to be a part of such a productive and successful market center with such a wonderful group of agents. Her role as MCA includes serving agents in managing their transactions at the office level. She is responsible for the bookkeeping of the market center, including processing escrows and commission checks. She cares very much about protecting the profit share and about our culture. As part of market center leadership, part of her role is to facilitate an environment where the agents have what they need to have thriving businesses. It is important that the office runs as smoothly as possible and her goal is to do the best she can to serve the agents and support them so that they can be as successful as possible!
After a career in retail Val Skripek became a full-time licensed Realtor in 1992. She was named Rookie of the Year her first year in the business and prides herself on maintaining long term multi-generational real estate relationships with clients she regards now as extended family.
As the Pro Coach, Val is responsible for training and accountability for new and emerging agents, including one on one coaching with all agents in the program, Coaching Mastermind classes for existing members in the program, being an active participant in information sessions for potential agents, scheduling IGNITE and Lead Generation classes and the appropriate instructors, questions and/or assistance with various coaching questions and follow through mentoring of new agents.
