After a 6 year stint in the Cayman Islands owning a number of successful businesses, Will and his wife decided to relocate back to the Philadelphia area to be closer to family. Will began to sell real estate full time in 2006 earning "Rookie of the Year" honors in one of the most successful offices in the Delaware Valley. After 10 years of real estate sales, various awards and honors he began to look for a new challenge. Two of his business associates talked to him about the opportunities with KPG and how they thought they would be a great fit for each other. Not knowing much about the company, Will agreed to take a meeting with one of the partners.
That one meeting lead to a life changing decision for him to change course professionally, take a leadership role and begin to change the lives of his agents, their clients and their families.As the Team Leader/CEO of Keller Williams Horsham, Will works for our agents. He prides himself on mentoring, coaching and guiding them to achieve a level of success they never knew they were capable of. His personal experiences continue to help them improve their business and work-life balance; showing them there is unlimited amount of potential in each and every one of them. He continues to grow in agent count, but more importantly in culture.The role of Team Leader has allowed him to improve his own work-life balance, and affords him more quality time with his wife, three children, family and friends.

As Market Center Administrator, I take my role very seriously. I love learning new things and using my degree at the same time. It is very rewarding when you see the expressions on agents faces when they have their first listing, sale, or settlement. My number one goal is helping our agents in any way I possibly can. I received my BS in Accounting from Richard Stockton University in Pomona NJ, and have worked in various industries such as retail, investment, education, and corporate America.
As the Productivity Coach for the Horsham Market Center, Amy brings her passion for helping agents reach their Real Estate goals. Along with her solid work ethic she provides excellence with being able to advocate, negotiate and be responsive to her coaching clients' needs. Her enthusiasm and tenacity strengthen the bond she builds between her and her clients leading to success.
Along with being a licensed Realtor®, Amy also has her Bachelor of Science from Drexel University. She has worked in healthcare for almost two decades. Amy is dedicated to helping others and her healthcare background has proven her ability to be compassionate, ethical, and caring to all her clients. Amy loves spending time with her family, loves to cook and travel. She also has spent time working with WAGS Animal Rescue as a foster mom and loves her Great Pyrenees that she rescued.
