I have been in the real estate business for over twenty-four years selling residential real estate in Delaware and Chester Counties. I came to Keller Williams in 2006 as an agent and took the Coaching position in 2008. In 2009 I took on the role as CEO/Team Leader of KW Media in which time we were at 76 agents. My responsibilities have been to grow Keller Williams Media. Our current agent count is 220 and our office is the number one company in units and volume in Delaware County. The best part of my job is working with the agents. I pride myself on providing quality coaching so that our agents build a business worth owning, careers worth having and lives worth living. I believe in the systems and models that Keller Williams provides us with, along with the top technology to help our agents run very successful businesses. At the end of the day it feels good to know that I've assisted someone in making one of the biggest decisions of their career!

Laura graduated from college with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware for 16 years. Over the course of her career with BCBS, she held various leadership roles and was instrumental to system conversions with technology upgrades. Upon leaving BCBS, she took time off to spend with her kids. Returning to the workforce, Laura began a new career working with Keller Williams Media. She has been the Market Center Administrator for 2 ½ years and has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge of real estate, systems/models and what amazing culture exists at Keller Williams.
