Born and raised in Northeastern PA, Dan studied finance at the University of Scranton before starting a career in Hospitality Management. During that time, he began pursuing his passion for real estate part-time, not as an agent, but as an investor. As his investment portfolio grew, he gained valuable insights into market data, home construction, & property management. Not soon thereafter, Dan decided to leverage his knowledge & experience by becoming a full time Realtor. His first year in business, he was recognized by his peers as the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors 'Rookie of the Year' and his business blossomed each year thereafter. His last year in production, Dan was ranked in the top 5% of agents on the Scranton Board of Realtors with nearly $6 million in sales and 60+ closed units. His production was a byproduct of providing unparalleled customer service and support. Today, Dan guides the direction and growth of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Market Center as the Team Leader. His goal is to partner and consult with like-minded agents focused on personal and professional development. Dan continues to be involved in the real estate community as a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and by serving annually on the PAR Professional Standards committee.

Nick is a lifelong resident of Northeastern PA. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Keystone College before becoming a licensed real estate agent. It didn't take long for his colleagues to recognize his knack for professional discipline and organization. In less than a year, Nick was asked to become an Executive Administrator for a budding real estate team. He quickly utilized his skillet to bring structure to the team while developing policies and procedures to assist with growth. Through the implementation of models and systems, Nick was an integral part of taking the team to Mega Agent status, becoming the largest real estate team in the market with over 100 units sold annually. His experience and knowledge makes him uniquely qualified to serve now as the Market Center Administrator for the Keller Williams Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Market Center.
Nicole started her career in real estate as an assistant Real Estate Appraiser where she acquired a unique perspective of the market. She established a keen ability to quickly and accurately analyze comparable data and determine property value. Her background proved to be a large competitive advantage when she became a real estate agent for her grandfather’s company. Along with her husband Patrick, who would become the new Broker, they eventually took over the firm, launched a real estate team, and quickly became one of the largest Mega Agent teams in the market. As her business grew, she recognized and took advantage of an opportunity to partner with a growing Keller Williams office in the region and never looked back. The first year their team was with KW they doubled their business and sold over 100 homes. Nicole now serves as the Productivity Coach for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Market Center where she shares her insights and experiences to help agents create success in their lives and grow their businesses. Nicole currently resides in Clarks Summit with her husband, 2 daughters, and their puppy. She is passionate about her family and helping agents have careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.
